About Racing Weight

Racing Weight is an online nutrition information resource for athletes. Our mission is to help athletes improve their health, fitness and performance through nutrition. We achieve this aim by providing sports nutrition tips from leading experts, cutting-edge interactive tools, frequent sports science updates, and opportunities to communicate directly with fellow athletes and sports nutrition experts.

Launched in 2003, Racing Weight was relaunched recently with a brand new site featuring a more contemporary design and many new tools and features. We will continue to add new tools and features to Racing Weight based on member feedback. If there is something you’d like to see on Racing Weight that is not currently available, let us know by sending a message to editor@racingweight.com.

Racing Weight is funded by corporate sponsors. The objectivity and accuracy of our content is ensured through oversight by the Racing Weight Editorial Board, a panel of highly respected sports nutrition experts.
